Job Title: Purchase Executive

Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Purchase Executive to join our Supply Chain Management (SCM) department. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in procurement and purchasing, with a strong understanding of supply chain processes. The Purchase Executive will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services for the organization.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing
• Monitor inventory levels and track orders to ensure timely delivery
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and requirements
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies with suppliers in a timely manner
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to make informed purchasing decisions
• Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimize purchasing processes
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
