Hydro Prokav Pumps Faridabad Unit, part of Ingersoll Rand engaged in manufacturing of UT Pumps brand Positive Displacement Pumps including Screw Pumps and High Pressure Triplex Plunger pumps and Systems used for a wide range of applications in all types of Industries including Power, Oil & Gas, Fertilisers, Cement and many more. Equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and testing facilities, our integrated plant ensures precision manufacturing and rigorous quality control for every pump produced.

Job Summary

Projects and Proposal manager is required to monitor preparation and timely submission of tenders, offers and support to sales. He is also required to monitor post order submission of documents for approvals and progress in manufacturing to ensure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and monitor enquiries received and timely submission of offers, Online/ Offline tenders.
• Initiate and process vendor registration with consultants and major customers.
• Maintain client contact data.
• Visits to customers for Techno commercial negotiations.
• Monitoring of project orders for post order documents submission/ resubmission and approval.
• Co ordination with vendors for getting offers and post order documents.
• Liasioning with other support functions to monitor timely deliveries to customers.
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field required
• Min 10 years working in design/ manufacturing/ projects execution of industrial products viz. Pumps/ Machine tools/Compressors/Valves/industrial filters and EPC companies
  
  

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

• Fully Office based
• Required to travel all over India as and when required

• Knowledge of online/offline Tender/ GeM portals.
• Basic Knowledge of Engineering designs and documentations.
• Good relationship builder with ability to merge different groups of people, processes and tools.
