About the Role:
As the Scheduler you will be responsible for managing the pipeline of inspection projects and
scheduling across multiple inspection sites for multiple verticals.. This role is responsible for
coordinating and optimizing project timelines to ensure timely execution and efficiency in our
operations, and for maintaining the data integrity of our scheduling systems. The successful
candidate will be comfortable working independently, handling complex scheduling challenges,
using data-driven decision-making to optimize processes, and working collaboratively with
cross-functional teams.
The applicant must be able to start work at 4am PHT / 1:30am IST.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule Management:
- Manage the project pipeline for site inspections, ensuring that timelines and
- Produce summaries of sites, assignments and deadlines
- Assist with maintaining upcoming scan list
- Compile missing data requirements for upcoming scans, working with
- Maintain time estimates and other relevant information for upcoming tasks,

- Distribute tasks among sub-teams based on team availability and skillset
- Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve gaps in data, delays, or scheduling
- Communicate with relevant team members to make them aware of the gaps and
- Maintain relevant tracking sheets which are used for capacity management and
- Problem Solving:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot scheduling or production issues, adjusting schedules
equipment delays
- Provide input into improve operational processes based on problems
- All other duties as assigned
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, Information
- Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in scheduling or project planning
- Previous experience working in a high-volume project environment, managing
- Technical Proficiency:
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of Coda and Asana is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Other language skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with
- Ability to work independently, make decisions under pressure, and manage
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight
- Ability to work independently required
