Job Summary

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager (PMP Certified) with a strong background in Magento testing (Automation & Manual), API testing, Load testing, and Performance testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering projects efficiently while ensuring robust testing methodologies for Magento-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality parameters.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Monitor project risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts.
• Communicate project status, updates, and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  
  

Magento Testing (Automation & Manual)

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for Magento-based platforms.
• Perform manual testing and automated testing to ensure application quality and functionality.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and defects, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Implement best practices for Magento testing and quality assurance.
  
  

API Testing

• Conduct API testing to validate integrations, response times, and data accuracy.
• Use tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or similar for API testing and validation.
• Ensure seamless integration between Magento and third-party applications.
  
  

Load & Performance Testing

• Perform load and stress testing to assess system scalability and performance.
• Use tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling to evaluate system performance under various conditions.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend optimizations.
  
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• PMP Certification (Mandatory)
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT software development/testing projects.
• Strong expertise in Magento testing (manual & automation).
• Proficiency in API testing using tools like Postman, SoapUI, or equivalent.
• Experience with load testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, etc.).
• Excellent knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• ISTQB Certification is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments.
