Sales Executive - Telecaller in Jaipur

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the daily outbound calling to potential customers from the given database.
• Explain various insurance products (life, health, general insurance) and their benefits.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Follow up with interested prospects for closure and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets of leads and conversions.
• Coordinate with the sales team for warm lead handovers.
  
  

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus).
• Basic understanding of insurance products preferred.
• Confidence and the ability to handle rejections.
• Customer-centric approach with persuasive skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
• Prior telecalling or sales experience in insurance/banking/finance is an added advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
