Job Description

We are looking for a mid to senior-level Project Manager to join our team! If you’re passionate about engineering, manufacturing in the steel industry, eager to learn, and excited to work on a variety of projects, we want to hear from you.

Duties

• Lead end-to-end project management for the design, manufacture, and installation of steel processing lines.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with engineering, sales, and executive teams.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and ensure adherence to agreed-upon targets.
• Coordinate cross-departmental efforts, including engineering, procurement, fabrication, logistics, and field services, to ensure smooth execution.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle; manage expectations, provide updates, and resolve conflicts.
• Manage risks proactively, identifying potential issues early and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Track and control project costs, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and alignment with financial goals.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, drive accountability, and maintain clear documentation of decisions, changes, and progress.
• Ensure quality and safety compliance across all stages of project execution, in alignment with industry standards and company policies.
• Support commissioning and handover activities, ensuring all systems function as intended and customer satisfaction is achieved.
• Drive continuous improvement, gathering feedback and lessons learned to enhance future project delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• B.Tech Mechanical Engineering
• Prior Managerial Experience
• Knowledge of manufacturing in the Steel Industry
