Join one of the fastest-growing industries—cloud cybersecurity—as a modern, agile Project Manager at Armor. Reporting to the CFO/COO, you will drive cross-functional initiatives and lead teams from across the organization to deliver impactful results.
In this role, you’ll manage multiple projects, track milestones, maintain reports, schedule meetings, and ensure follow-through on critical activities. You’ll also identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and keep stakeholders aligned and informed. Success means not just meeting deadlines but helping Armor scale and innovate through collaboration, automation, and a customer-first mindset.
This is a hybrid role and requires the candidate to be based in Pune, India.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities(Additional duties may be assigned as required)
- Lead Project Management responsibilities for all customer deployment, including onboarding and professional services engagement
- Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with customers and stakeholders.
- Establishing and manage relationships with customers, understanding their needs and expectations, and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Overseeing all aspects of project execution, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Manage communication and expectations with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, team members, and senior management.
- Manage escalation to ensure timely delivery of project and adequate risk management
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and ensuring timely resolution of problems.
- Monitor project performance, tracking key metrics, and reporting on progress to stakeholders
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Work with cross-functional teams, removing roadblocks to ensure successful project execution.
- Coach and train teams on tools, workflows, and methodologies to drive adoption and efficiency.
- Proactively identify roadblocks and foster visibility, alignment, and support across functions.
- Manage interdependencies across projects, ensuring holistic planning and impact awareness.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support team and organizational goals.
- 5+ years of experience managing complex projects in a SaaS environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and work independently with minimal oversight
- Calm under pressure with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal, written, and presentation skills
- Proven experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels across global teams (North America, EMEA, APAC)
- Adaptable to shifting priorities in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with cloud, infrastructure, networking, and security concepts
- Strong technical acumen and experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- PMP or equivalent project management certification strongly preferred
- Agile experience required; Certified Scrum Master or other Agile certifications preferred
