The Project Management Associate is accountable for the schedule and quality of going complex projects which may have many related projects managed within. The incumbent will apply broad project management principles and concepts to large projects, and contribute to innovation of new concepts and ideas, and continuous process improvement. Program duties may not always fall within a defined subproject. The individual must be able to identify activities as either in or out of scope as they relate to the program objectives.

Essential Duties

Manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationship to assure business needs are met, projects are delivered on time, and potential projects are managed, including:

• TQRM tools and processes (including file reviews, tax authorizations, CLEAR, Contract Express, etc.)

• Support NORM to address the application of the tax practice file review, including:
• Collecting file review data, analyzing and reporting data for tax leadership
• Oversee file review process and train personnel
• Work with CATT, assist with functional monitoring
• Assist in developing and maintaining software tools used in TQRM matters.
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in business related area or equivalent experience (required)
• Project Management certification (preferred)

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Experience with Sharepoint and/or other Collaboration tools
• Effective organization and time management skills

Experience

• 2-5 years relevant experience
• Experience managing multiple projects of moderate to high risk
