Project Administrator

Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

• Provide administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
• Supporting the recruitment and onboarding process
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, emails, and correspondence.
  
  

Travel Management

• Coordinate and book travel arrangements for employees, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Ensure adherence to company travel policies and cost-effectiveness.
  
  

Team Building Activities

• Plan and organize team-building activities, events, and outings to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Encourage team engagement and collaboration through creative initiatives.
• Track the effectiveness of team-building activities.
  
  

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• MBA degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in office management or a similar role.
  
  

Knowledge, Skills And Experience

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)..
