Infra. Technology Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Dynatrace Synthetic Monitoring Dynatrace Profile DynaTrace AJAX and Dynatrace. This role is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in monitoring and optimizing our infrastructure to ensure seamless performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and management of Dynatrace Synthetic Monitoring to ensure optimal performance of applications and infrastructure.
• Oversee the configuration and maintenance of Dynatrace Profile to monitor and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Provide expertise in DynaTrace AJAX to enhance the user experience and application responsiveness.
• Utilize Dynatrace to analyze and optimize application performance identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement monitoring strategies that align with business objectives.
• Ensure the reliability and availability of critical systems through proactive monitoring and performance tuning.
• Conduct regular performance assessments and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for monitoring processes configurations and best practices.
• Train and mentor team members on the effective use of Dynatrace tools and techniques.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Dynatrace technologies and industry best practices.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for performance-related issues.
• Participate in capacity planning and infrastructure scaling to meet business demands.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of monitoring and performance management processes.
  
  

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in Dynatrace Synthetic Monitoring ensuring optimal application and infrastructure performance.
• Have a strong background in Dynatrace Profile with the ability to monitor and troubleshoot performance issues effectively.
• Demonstrate expertise in DynaTrace AJAX to enhance user experience and application responsiveness.
• Exhibit proficiency in utilizing Dynatrace for performance analysis and optimization.
• Show the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective monitoring strategies.
• Have experience in conducting performance assessments and providing actionable recommendations.
• Be skilled in developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for monitoring processes and best practices.
