  • Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage projects ensuring timely and within budget delivery
  • Develop project scopes and objectives with all stakeholders
  • Ensure resource availability, allocation, and a detailed project plan
  • Measure project performance through appropriate tools
  • Report to management and manage client relationships
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or relevant role
  • Excellent knowledge of project management tools and techniques
  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and/or change management
  • Proficiency in project management software
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
