Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in forecasting/planning/supply chain and implementing process improvements.
- Experience interacting with diverse technical and non-technical groups, spanning all organizational levels.
- Excellent problem solving skills and interest for automation and process improvements.
- Excellent organizational, project management, analysis, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage and execute processes for timely, cost effective procurement while working with suppliers/partners and internal cross-functional teams.
- Conceptualize and build capabilities on spend analytics, leveraging advanced data analytics skills to drive executive alignment and operational efficiency.
- Drive cost productivity improvements through price negotiations, secondary sourcing, procurement process improvements.
- Source and escalation activities with our Suppliers and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEMs) for price, lead-time or shortage issues.
- Drive timely release of orders, material delivery to hub, root cause analysis for late deliveries.
