Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Production Supervisor to oversee our shop floor operations. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, at least 5 years of hands-on shop floor experience, and the ability to manage teams across three rotating shifts.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities on the shop floor to ensure high standards of efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor quality control processes to ensure that production meets required specifications and standards.
- Manage shift schedules, assigning tasks and coordinating team efforts across three shifts to maintain continuous production flow.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure all machinery and equipment are well-maintained and operational.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and operational protocols, conducting periodic safety inspections and reporting any hazards.
- Train, mentor, and support team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Track and document production metrics, generate shift reports, and provide feedback to senior management.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience on a shop floor, with strong production and team management skills.
- Familiarity with production equipment, quality control standards, and health & safety regulations.
- Proficiency in using production and inventory management software, as well as MS Office tools.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Flexibility to work on rotational shifts.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience in fabrication or manufacturing industries is a plus.
