As a Production planning and control team leader, you will oversee the planning and scheduling of Air Insulated Medium Voltage Panels, Indoor and Outdoor circuit breakers to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of products.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
- Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems. (SAP preferred).
- Experience in Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Kanban, or similar systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: to analyze data, identify trends, and resolve production issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of medium voltage products – air insulated panels, circuit breakers, manufacturing processes, inventory management, and logistics.
