Qualifications And Skills

• Minimum 7 years of experience in production management, with proven leadership capabilities in a senior role.
• Proficiency in Hindi and strong leadership skills (Mandatory skill) to effectively manage and motivate diverse teams.
• Expertise in lean manufacturing principles to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
• Experience with ERP systems to manage and streamline operational processes effectively.
• Ability to apply project management skills for planning, executing, and monitoring production projects successfully.
• Competence in root cause analysis to identify problems accurately and develop effective solution strategies.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire production process to achieve cost-effectiveness and meet quality standards.
