- Oversee daily operations of the press section to ensure smooth production processes.
- Monitor production quality and implement measures to improve product standards.
- Manage and lead the production team, including assigning tasks and providing training.
- Develop and execute production schedules to meet company deadlines and targets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process.
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team for timely restocking.
- Enforce safety procedures and monitor compliance to ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with upper management regarding production status and issues.
