General Information

Product Quality Manager need to ensure the production location in creating and sustaining customer satisfaction during series and after series product lifetime.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Responsible to act as Project Quality for D5 / Line transfer projects.
• Need to ensure Change Management with design changes, PTN / PCN (validations, etc.)
• The Product Quality Manager continuously monitors the Product Quality performance in cooperation with the customer and production locations and ensure the Vitesco organization to improve in case of deficiencies and support continuous improvement activities.
• Drives problem solving activities together with the production location, SQA, engineering and operations WW.
• Ensure/Lead Customer communication on design specific related quality topics.
• Responsible for Technical Factor acceptance in collaboration with CQ / QMPP support the negotiation.
• Monitor quality target setting and deploy action item tracking for achievement of quality targets. Add: reporting (field monitoring, KPI's, failure pareto's,….)
• Drive preventive and corrective measures from incidents and field performance related to designHands on experience with customer portals to work on PPAP requirements.
• The Product Quality Manager is supporting all the quality related topics starting at launch phase (G70) that are related to the quality product design and quality manufacturing concept in alignment with Project QM/ QMPP.
  
  

Your Qualification

• 8 years experience in automotive industry.
• Minimum 5 years in Quality Management.
• Bachelor of Engineering ( Electronics, Mechanical or Production ).
• Knowledge on APQP, PPAP & Product development process.
• Good on data analytical and strong negotaition skills.
• Need to be proficient in communicating & handling cross functional team members.
