Responsibilities

• Product Strategy: Develop, refine, and execute a strategic vision for products that meet the needs of our customers in a scalable way. Take a holistic approach to problem-solving, identifying the interconnections between product components and designing solutions that consider the bigger picture.
• Collaboration & Communication: Communicate complex concepts in a way that’s easily understood by diverse stakeholders, both technical and non-technical. Engage cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and clear communication, fostering strong partnerships across the organization.
• Experimentation: Lead a culture of testing, learning, and rapid iteration to drive product innovation and enhance user experience.
• Drive Results: Consistently demonstrate ability to move ideas from conception through to execution.

Qualifications

What you have done

• 4+ years of experience in product management with multiple instances of taking features from discovery to shipping and iterating towards success
• Experience developing a product roadmap to meet goals where each release demonstrably moves us closer to success.
• A team player who can create excitement for the work needed and the goal we're heading towards
• You are used to launching experiments, measuring impact, iterating and repeating
• Know how to gather data and insights from a large set of customers to make better decisions
• Experience understanding funnel metrics, identifying opportunities to improve, shipping, learning and iterating
• Know how to model business impact of different features
