Job Purpose
IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead our Fintech & Payment Partnerships division. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing our partnerships with Fintech companies and payment providers to drive growth and innovation in our digital products and services.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for Fintech & Payment Partnerships, in alignment with the bank's overall business objectives
- Identify and evaluate potential Fintech and payment partners, and negotiate partnerships and agreements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Fintech and payment solutions into the bank's digital products and services
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and continuously improve and enhance existing products
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify customer needs and preferences, and incorporate them into product development
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics for the Fintech & Payment Partnerships division
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Fintech partners, payment providers, and internal teams
- Stay updated on regulatory and compliance requirements related to Fintech and payment partnerships, and ensure adherence to all relevant guidelines and regulations
