Product Strategy & Planning
Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and goals in alignment with company objectives
Identify customer pain points and translate them into valuable product features
Conduct competitive research, user interviews, and internal stakeholder discussions
Prioritize the product backlog based on business impact and feasibility
Product Development
Work closely with design and development teams to build intuitive and scalable features
Write user stories, define clear acceptance criteria, and manage sprint planning
Oversee the UI/UX, functionality, and performance of the e-commerce platform
Lead the product testing, quality assurance, and UAT cycles
Collaborate with QA and developers to debug, fix, and iterate quickly
Ensure mobile and web products are optimized, bug-free, and ready for launch
Cross-functional Collaboration
Liaise with operations, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to gather insights
Manage feature rollouts and ensure internal teams are aligned and trained
Track KPIs and analytics to improve user engagement, retention, and conversion
