We are looking for a Lead – Product Design (UX Designer) to drive human-centered design across digital products. In this role, you will shape experiences that are simple, intuitive, and visually engaging, while working closely with product, business, and technology teams. What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end product design process – from user research and journey mapping to wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready interfaces.
• Develop personas, empathy maps, customer journeys, service blueprints to inform design decisions.
• Design experiences for web, mobile, kiosks, wearables, and other digital platforms.
• Create interaction models, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and deliver a seamless visual language.
• Conduct design reviews to ensure usability and customer delight.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to achieve unified outcomes.
• Build and maintain a Design Language System (DLS) to drive consistency across platforms.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and innovations to continuously elevate user experience.
• Define and track OKRs for yourself and contribute to team success.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, Visual Communication, New Media Design, or Universal Design.
• 8+ years of experience in UX/Product Design with a strong usability background.
• Strong expertise in visual design principles: color theory, typography, layouts, micro-interactions, motion design.
• Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, Axure, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Experience in designing for complex digital products/platforms.
• Knowledge of web design principles, responsive design, and front-end constraints.
• Proven ability to build and maintain scalable design systems.
• Excellent storytelling, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• A strong design portfolio showcasing your work is a must.
