Job Purpose
This position is responsible for managing the Disbursement related activities. Candidate is required to understand the Business Banking Product for which Disbursement activities are to be carried out. The position requires very good analytical skills and understanding to the process as well as system for correct and timely catering the Requests.
Primary Responsibilities
Graduation: Bachelor’s in Engineering / Technology / Maths / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Management
Post-graduation: MBA / PGDM
Experience: 5 to 10 Years of experience.

Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for Processing the Disbursement Request within the stipulated TAT.
- Error free Posting of accounting entries.
- Ensure Correct DD/PO Printing instructions are sent to the branches.
- Preparation and Circulation of Internal MIS.
- Excellent knowledge of processes and systems for Business Banking Products & functions with prior related experience of at least 3 years.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Implement controls and checks & balances with respect activities carried out.
- Automation of Disbursement Related Activities from SFDC in CBS.
- Preparation of presentations for internal reviews and data analysis for projects.
- Handling team of experienced professionals from the industry.
- Managing all team by giving them timely feedback & monitoring the quality of work by different ways & means.
- Continual improvement of processes with a focus on TATs and improving efficiency.
