Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, manage workflow and scheduling, and ensure repairs meet quality standards.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and inspire a team of technicians and support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Customer Relations: Act as the main contact for client communications, manage customer expectations, and uphold high satisfaction levels.
Financial Oversight: Track budgets, optimize processes, and monitor KPIs for enhanced productivity and profitability.
Quality Control: Uphold safety standards and ensure all repairs comply with industry and manufacturer requirements.
Qualifications And Skills Required
Minimum of 5 years in a Bodyshop management or automotive repair leadership role.
Technical expertise in vehicle body repair and refinishing.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
ASE certification or similar credentials preferred.
