Study the drawing/component specifications and suggest if any changes required as per feasibility study to avoid premature failure of parts Minimise assembly errors Get the parts manufactured in the workshop with the coordination of workforce Debug and provide technical Support in Workshop Maintain inspection records to be able to trace at later stage Conduct Pre Dispatch inspection of machines and electrical panels at supplier end to ensure that inspection reports meet OK criteria Store, issue and Calibrate measuring instrument Apply safety guidelines for manpower and monitor safety requirements in the workshop to ensure occurrence of zero accidents. Take measures for maintaining 5S to enable proper working conditions. Implement ISO9001, ISO14001 in the department and ensure no NCs come up during audits Conduct supplier audits regularly and ensure all suppliers are in green category,
