- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale engineering projects from concept to completion
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in engineering design, construction methods, and industry regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing project challenges and issues
- Proficient in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and sustainability in all project activities
