Requirements :-
CTC : Upto 6 LPA
Goal sheet : 80 Lakhs to 0-Lakhs
Important : It’s a cold calling profile . ( Cold Calling experience and orientation is a must)
Each RSM will have 4 Portfolio Managers reporting into them directly
Leads from ABCD will be assigned (current volume inflow is not very high , so cold calling experience is mandatory)
Since it’s a senior profile : frequent job changers and unemployed profiles must not be hired
