Policy Enforcement Manager, Shopping

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related technical field.
• Experience in operations including Shopping/e-commerce, workflow optimization, process design or management consulting.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, define successful approaches, and proactively solve problems across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work with large datasets, query multiple data sources, and perform analyses to track performance metrics and drive operational improvements.
• Excellent organizational, project management with attention to detail skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enforcement and operations management for YouTube Shopping. Set up and optimize vendor workflows, define clear processes and operational guidelines to improve efficiency.
• Conceive of, design and drive to completion projects that result in significant workflow/process improvements.
• Review graphic, controversial and offensive video content in-line with YouTube’s community guidelines.
• Design and implement performance metrics, analyze operational data for insights, and proactively address gaps to drive efficiency process improvements and automation. Handle escalations with fast turn-around time to define the best plan and provide timely updates to executives.
• Partner with teams across product, business analysts, vendor operations and engineering to solve complex problems and drive innovations. Proactively identify automation and efficiency opportunities using data driven strategies.
