• This role is responsible for leading the plant towards operational excellence by directing and managing overall operations of the plant to meet/exceed QCDGP defined targets, plant profitability as per plan and ensure safety and health of employees.
• Ensuring the availability of budgeted and allocated resources for various departments at right time to facilitate achievement of set goals in the business plan and performance indicators.
• Ensuring customer quality and delivery requirements to meet domestic and export customer requirement.
• To plan production activities as per business plan to meet commitment of customers on regular bases.
• Review and prepare a weekly as well as monthly sales plan and monitoring the sales.
• To lay down production procedures and control in close coordination with other functions for ensuring needed level of quality.
• To control the production and process cost as well as the cost of utilities and consumable for meeting cost and profitability target of the company.
• To keep a track m material management and inventory control system.
• Coordinating with other plants and /or other departments to ensure seamless resolution of Raw Material supply/Supplier development/new product launch/warranty and customer issues, etc. for smooth working of the plant.
• Knowledge of ISO/OHSAS/IATF/EHS/QMS certification/Audits/Documents.
