- Experience in real estate planning and development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and building codes
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Minimum 10-15Yr Experience in the real estate High rise building
- Bachelor's/ Master degree in Civil Engineering
- Hands on experience in Primavera or MSP
