Implement and enforce quality control measures to meet product standards.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality specifications.
Managing supervisory production staff.
Conducting performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the manufacturing environment.
Implement and monitor safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
