Planning Engineer - Transmission Line

Project Planning Experience in Transmission Line Work. Scope quantity derivation and Cost Estimation (ACE). Preparation and approval of completion schedule from client (L2 & L3 schedule). Resource mobilization and demobilization Planning. Analyzing and fulfill of Contractual requirements at project while Initial, Execution and Close out Stage. Sub-contractor Management (Assessment, Mobilization, Liasioning). Sub-contractor Billing. Material Managements (Scope quantity finalization, MFC Release, Inspection, Delivery at site as per the requirement). Client Management (Communication, Co-ordination, Liasioning, Meeting and MOM with client). Client Invoicing and follow-up for collection on time. Financial year wise Budget Working (Sales, Cost, GM, Collection) and follow-up for target achievement. Monthly Outstanding reconciliation and payment collection from client as per the contractual terms. Monthly job cost analysis, cost optimization and control. Management information system ( Progress monitoring and reporting (DPR, MPR), Monthly & Quarterly Financial achievement reporting). Quality Management System (Preparation, monitoring and recording of documents for compliance as per the ISO requirement i.e. S0 to S10 schedule). Fulfill of audit requirement and control throughout the project (Client, Internal and Client).
