Role Responsibilities
Job Description for Placement Officer:
Engage and introduce new companies and manage existing corporate to the placement process
Manage student-related activities with respect to placements from Job posting, Applications, Database of students including historical data
Engage with alumni and leverage their network
Conduct job fair
Design corporate presentation of Jetking's brand and product for corporate engagement
Ensure smooth functioning of the placement unit by streamlining student interactions, Faculty meetings, scheduling of all other meetings within the institute
Preparing the placement calendar and scheduling companies on institute and lead all communication related to recruiters
Provide career services to students
Leverage social media platforms for employer branding and networking.
Candidate Requirements
Candidate must be a graduate
IT background and MBA HR is bonus
Candidate must have an experience of 1-2 years
Prior campus placement experience is a bonus
Good Networking with strong communication skills
Good ICT skills (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point)
