- As an independent designer to workout plot Plan, Equipment Layout and Piping Study
- Ability to navigate Navisworks, Smart Plant Review or Equivalent software’s.
- Plot Plan, Equipment Layout, Piping route study, Piping Isometrics, Nozzle orientation, Piping Cleat drawings, Piping MTO (Bulk and Special).
- To report Daily Progress for self and the Team if applicable.
- Clash free output
- Error Free Design
- Basic Communication skills
- Building a Successful Team
- Delegating Responsibility
- Closure of Model review Tags within one week.
- Ensure Implemenation of all IDC comments
- Coaching
- Conflict Mangament
- Problem Solving and Decision Making Ability
- Facilitating Change
- Gaining Commitment
