ASK Innovations is seeking a talented PHP Developer to join our Software Engineer department. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using PHP and related technologies. As a mid to senior level developer, you will be expected to contribute to the design and architecture of our applications, as well as mentor junior developers. This is a full-time position with on-site work in Indore, offering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and related technologies
- Contribute to the design and architecture of our applications
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize new features
- Optimize application performance and scalability
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing
- Strong understanding of PHP and related technologies
- Experience with MySQL or other relational databases
- Experience with Git and version control
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
