Job Description

We are seeking qualified and dedicated Post Graduate Teachers (PGT) in Accounts, Business Studies, and Economics to join our institution. The ideal candidates should have excellent subject knowledge, strong communication skills, and a passion for teaching senior secondary students (Grades 11 & 12).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Accounts / Business Studies / Economics as per the CBSE Curriculum.
• Prepare students for board exams and competitive exams.
• Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and case studies for better learning.
• Use modern teaching methodologies, including digital tools and real-world applications.
• Conduct assessments, assignments, and projects to evaluate students' progress.
• Guide students in career opportunities related to Commerce and Business Studies.
• Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive learning environment.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Masters Degree (M.Com / MBA / MA in Economics) from a recognized university with at least 50% marks.
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
• Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level (preferred).
• Strong subject knowledge and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using smart classrooms and online teaching tools.
