Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, and correspondence
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and manage the executives’ time effectively
- Prepare and organize meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and meeting minutes
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Act as a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of reports, presentations, and data analysis
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive team
- 8-12 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
- Demonstrated track record of successfully supporting senior management
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
