Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, and correspondence
  • Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and manage the executives’ time effectively
  • Prepare and organize meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and meeting minutes
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism
  • Act as a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of reports, presentations, and data analysis
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive team

Qualifications

  • 8-12 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully supporting senior management
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
