Key Responsibilities
- Calendar and schedule management: Maintaining the Chairman's diary, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Communication management: Handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, both internally and externally.
- Meeting coordination: Organizing and coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials.
- Travel arrangements: Booking flights, accommodation, and transportation for the Chairman and other executives.
- Document preparation: Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Office management: Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
- Special projects: Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed.
- Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Event planning: Organizing and coordinating events, both large and small.
- Relationship management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
