Who you'll work with
As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Sharaf Strategy Consultants, you will collaborate with digital strategists, marketing teams, and design specialists to execute data-driven advertising campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, optimize, and analyze performance marketing strategies across Meta and Google Ads. Your role will focus on maximizing ROI through targeted ad placements, strategic budget allocation, and real-time campaign adjustments.
Your expertise in audience segmentation, conversion optimization, and advanced analytics will play a critical role in ensuring that our marketing efforts drive measurable business growth. You will be responsible for leveraging industry-leading tools to analyze competitor strategies, monitor market trends, and implement innovative advertising approaches that align with our clients’ objectives.
What you'll do
- Campaign Strategy & Execution – Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads
- Audience Targeting & Segmentation – Utilize advanced targeting techniques, including lookalike audiences and retargeting strategies
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) – Implement data-backed optimizations to maximize lead generation and customer acquisition
- Budget Allocation & Bid Management – Efficiently allocate budgets and adjust bids to ensure the best ROI
- Performance Tracking & Analytics – Use GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API to track campaign performance and user behavior
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis – Leverage tools like SEMrush, SpyFu, and AdEspresso to gain insights and optimize ad strategies
- A/B Testing & Experimentation – Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, headlines, and landing pages to improve performance metrics
- Automation & Efficiency – Utilize automation platforms like Revealbot and AdEspresso to streamline campaign management
- Reporting & Insights – Analyze data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve marketing strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience in managing performance marketing campaigns in the UAE market is required
- Proven experience in Meta & Google Ads with a strong track record of driving performance marketing success
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API
- Hands-on experience with performance analysis tools (e.g., SEMrush, SpyFu, AdEspresso, Revealbot)
- Strong understanding of CRO strategies, A/B testing, and retargeting techniques
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make real-time campaign optimizations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
