Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day client communications, especially with US/UK clients. Understand client goals and ensure their expectations are met.
- Campaign Execution: Set up, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on Google PPC and Meta platforms to achieve client KPIs.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
- Reporting: Develop and present detailed performance reports to clients, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Manager to implement overall strategy and align with team members to ensure smooth execution.
- Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets across multiple client accounts, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ad Copy & Creative Suggestions: Collaborate with the creative team to develop and refine ad copy and creative that align with campaign objectives.
- Strong experience in Google PPC and Meta Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Proven track record in account management, particularly with US/UK clients.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Prior agency experience is a must.
