Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job postings, resume screening, coordination, and follow-ups
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new joiners
• Assist in drafting HR policies, employee handbooks, and engagement plans
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication
• Help with documentation, data entry, and filing (digital & physical)
• Support calendar management and scheduling of meetings/events
• Assist in organizing internal events and logistics
