People & Culture Intern (Freshers Only)

Position Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive People & Culture Intern to join our HR team. This role is perfect for freshers who are passionate about human resources and eager to gain hands-on experience in people management, culture initiatives, and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement: Assist in planning and executing employee engagement programs to promote a positive work culture.

Onboarding Support: Help coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a welcoming and smooth start.

HR Administration: Support administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.

Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and team-building activities to enhance workplace culture.

Communication: Help draft and circulate internal communications related to company culture and HR initiatives.

Data Management: Maintain accurate records and reports related to people and culture activities.

Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team to implement culture-building activities and support employee well-being programs.

Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback and suggestions for improving employee engagement and culture initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (completed or in progress).

Strong interest in HR, employee engagement, and company culture.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Eagerness to learn and grow in the human resources field.
