Position Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Development Associate (Fresher) to join our HR team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates eager to start their careers in human resources, with a focus on employee development, training, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training & Development Support: Assist in designing, coordinating, and implementing training programs that foster employee growth and development.

• Employee Development: Help assess employee development needs and support the creation of individual development plans to enhance skills and performance.

• Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding of new employees by facilitating orientation sessions and providing necessary materials to ensure a smooth transition.

• Performance Management: Help in the development and administration of performance management systems, including performance reviews, feedback processes, and employee evaluations.

• Program Administration: Maintain records related to employee training, certifications, and development programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.

• Employee Engagement: Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and recognition programs to create a positive work culture.

• Data Collection & Reporting: Gather and analyze data on employee performance, training effectiveness, and other HR development metrics to inform decisions and strategies.

• HR Analytics: Assist in creating reports related to employee development, retention, and overall organizational performance.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team and other departments to contribute to a cohesive HR strategy focused on developing a high-performance work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Strong interest in employee development, training, and performance management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
