As a People Consultant you will work directly with Googlers, People Partners and other POps teams to provide personalized guidance, support, and solutions on People Operations related activities requiring across multiple organizations and specialties.

Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations to the business on topics such as performance management, workplace concerns, etc.
- Experience of managing multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in HR, people programs, or other people related roles.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence.
- Experience coaching and mentoring others.
- Excellent teamwork and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize and analyze data using HRIS systems for reporting.

Responsibilities
- Deliver dynamic consultations around a various HR topics aligned to the POps’ Menu of Services like performance enablement, team/manager/leader, career development and navigating transitions.
- Contribute to deployment of HR programs and processes for a business area, Product Area or market via consultations.
- Able to seek opportunities to identify, recommend, and advance solutions to drive continuous improvements in people processes, asking for input or buy-in from executive leaders when needed.
- Identify business/product or market areas and People Operations stakeholders to build network and contribute to cross-team collaboration.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of Google-wide HR policies, local/market legal and regulatory knowledge of Google-wide HR policies and the People Operations Menu of Services and navigate the ecosystem in order to service Googlers and managers and leaders.
