Responsibilities:

• As a Fleet Manager in the Logistics team, you will use your interpersonal and problem-solving skills to manage our on-ground delivery partner fleet, ensuring a flawless customer experience and minimum delivery tat.
• Undertake supply planning and hiring of Delivery Partners.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and extensive training of Delivery Partners. Including explaining the incentive model and being responsible for the event/holiday based boosters.
• Enable streamlined on-ground operations and ensure on-time delivery with highest reliability
• Drive key central initiatives to scale on-ground operations effectively.
• Work closely with our Delivery Partner fleet to understand the key pain points, seek feedback/ insights, and provide optimal solutions.
• Work on retention of riders who have been hired recently to ensure a stable fleet and reduce churn, also hire new riders to ensure supply isn’t impacted
• Should be able to resolve disputes and plan fleet availability for Holidays & Festivals
  
  

Requirements:

• An ambitious professional with over 1 to 3 years of experience
• Collaborative and can work with large blue-collar teams
• Excellent at solving on-ground challenges faced and raised by delivery partners
• Curious and has capability for thinking the impossible
• Bachelors Degree in Any Field
• Willingness to be on field all Days (This is a 6 Day On field role)
