Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience or training in NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) care will be highly beneficial.
  • Possess a deep-seated passion for pediatric care and child healthcare practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with children and parents, ensuring confidence and comfort.
  • Proficiency in developing treatment plans and health management strategies for pediatric patients.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn new pediatric care techniques and methodologies.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide medical care and treatment to pediatric patients, ensuring their health and wellness.
  • Conduct thorough examinations and promptly diagnose medical conditions in children.
  • Implement and develop appropriate treatment plans for young patients with varying health conditions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff to deliver comprehensive patient care.
  • Engage with and educate parents on the management of their child's health needs and conditions.
  • Participate in continuous education and training programs to remain updated on the latest pediatric practices.
  • Ensure all medical records and documentation are accurately maintained and updated in a timely manner.
  • Promote health and wellness programs, offering resources and support to pediatric patients and their families.
