We are seeking a meticulous and organized Payroll Coordinator (Fresher) to join our HR team. As a Payroll Coordinator, you will assist in ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee compensation and supporting payroll-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing:

Assist in preparing and processing employee payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Data Entry:

Maintain and update payroll information, including employee hours, benefits, and deductions.

Compliance:

Ensure adherence to statutory regulations and company guidelines related to payroll.

Employee Support:

Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and deductions in a timely and professional manner.

Records Maintenance:

Maintain organized records of payroll transactions and employee compensation details.

Tax Filing Assistance:

Support in calculating and filing payroll taxes and other deductions.

Reconciliation:

Assist in reconciling payroll accounts and identifying discrepancies for resolution.

Reporting:

Generate payroll reports and provide data for audits and management review.

Process Improvement:

Collaborate with the HR team to suggest and implement enhancements to payroll processes.

Administrative Duties:

Perform general administrative tasks related to payroll and HR operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in payroll management.
