What You’ll Be Doing:
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure detailed order accuracy.
- Reviewing and validating customer documentation to meet compliance standards.
- Understanding and managing complex sales arrangements.
- Processing order acceptance, entry, and managing backlog.
- Booking and delivering revenue in a timely manner.
- Ensuring order delivery and fulfillment meet customer expectations.
- Applying analytical skills to identify process improvements and implement solutions.
- Driving resolution of open order-related issues to maintain high customer service standards.
- Proposing and managing process improvement projects and automation initiatives.
- Maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external customers.
- Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of order processing and delivery.
- Contributing to revenue booking and timely fulfillment, impacting overall financial performance.
- Enhancing customer satisfaction through effective order management and communication.
- Driving continuous improvement in order management processes and systems.
- Supporting cross-functional collaboration and contributing to a cohesive team environment.
- Leveraging your expertise to streamline operations and reduce process inefficiencies.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM systems, SAP, and/or Salesforce is advantageous.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage your daily workload.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills.
