What You’ll Be Doing:

• Collaborating with internal departments to ensure detailed order accuracy.
• Reviewing and validating customer documentation to meet compliance standards.
• Understanding and managing complex sales arrangements.
• Processing order acceptance, entry, and managing backlog.
• Booking and delivering revenue in a timely manner.
• Ensuring order delivery and fulfillment meet customer expectations.
• Applying analytical skills to identify process improvements and implement solutions.
• Driving resolution of open order-related issues to maintain high customer service standards.
• Proposing and managing process improvement projects and automation initiatives.
