Associate Creative Lead (10 -14 Years Exp)

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Associate Creative Lead with 10 to 14 years of expertise in web design, animation, graphic design, video development, and tech knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading creative projects, inspiring teams, and delivering exceptional visual content across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations and project goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, marketers, and clients, to develop and execute creative strategies.
• Oversee the design and production of web content, animations, graphics, and videos, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and creative team members, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the creative process.
• Develop and present creative concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating ideas and vision.

• Utilize basic HTML skills to support web design and development projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 10 to 14 years of professional experience in web design, animation, graphic design, video development, and understanding of Html/Css technology.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects and exceptional design skills.
• Proven experience in leading and managing creative teams and projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Ui/Ux process and tools.
• Adopting AI technology to drive efficiency and productivity.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Knowledge of current design trends, digital marketing, and user experience principles.
• Client-Facing Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver client-focused solutions.
