Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operator to join our Production department. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong understanding of production processes. The Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring the smooth running of production lines, and meeting production targets. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment in accordance with production schedules and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify any faults or issues and perform routine maintenance as required.
• Set up and adjust machinery settings to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
• Monitor production lines to ensure they are running smoothly and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production flow and timely completion of orders.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports, including documenting any machine malfunctions or downtime.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and suggest innovative ideas to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production environment, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate and maintain machinery.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machinery issues.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with production software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
