Operations Training Manager

Job Position: Manager & Executives - Training Operations

Qualification – MBA, Engineering, UG & PG of Arts and Science Streams.

Location: South of India [Should be open to travel as per business requirement]

Responsibilities:

1) Work with Educational Institutions and execute the Training Programs.

2) Managing the workload of trainers and streamlining the training operations.

3) Effectively communicate with colleges, trainers and management

4) Ensure resource availability and allocation

5) Coordinate internal trainers and freelance trainers for the flawless execution of training programs

6) Ensure that all training programs are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

7) Report and escalate to management as needed

8) Create and maintain comprehensive training program documentations.

Salary(Freshers)

Salary During Internship (upto 6 months) – Rs.15,000 per month.

After Internship - Rs.3,00,000 to Rs.4,00,000 per annum CTC

Salary (Experienced):

Fixed: Upto 3 to 6 Lakhs per annum based on Skillset

Incentive: 1% to 2% incentive on total project revenue managed
